Underground parking garage for home
The underground parking garage for home completed in 2025 was a well-thought-out decision by the investor, who struggled with limited space both on the driveway and inside the garage. Instead of constructing another building, the investor chose to hide one of the cars underground — in a heated, tightly sealed and fully protected underground parking bay.
The goal was achieved, and today our client enjoys both the newly freed-up outdoor space and a secure place to store the car, concealed in a smart and safe way.
